Standard Delivery
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and will arrive within 5-8 business days. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges are calculated by finding the merchandise total per address on the Standard Delivery Chart.

Sales Tax
We must collect 7% of all merchandise value for orders shipped to addresses in Georgia.

Substitutions
If the item you ordered is unavailable or does not meet our standards, we will ship an item of equal or greater value and include a substitution letter.

Shipments Outside the 48 Continental States
Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged the standard delivery plus $10.00 and will be sent via US Postal Service.
International: All orders going outside the U.S. will be charged standard delivery plus 100% of the order total. Sorry, Express Delivery is not available for these orders. If you would like to ship internationally, please call and speak with one of our representatives at (800)793-3876.

Correct Addresses
