Locations Update
Tuesday May 19th, 2020
As many businesses are beginning to reopen, we have updated hours for select locations that are beginning to craft sweets for you once again. At the moment, we have temporarily suspended our sampling practices and do apologize for the inconvenience- as soon as we are able, sampling will resume. All precautions continue to be taken and we ask that anyone feeling unwell stays home, and those that visit our stores practice diligent social distancing.
We are excited to open back up and make your days sweeter and will continue to operate with caution under local, state, and federal health guidelines! As before, our locations also offer call-ahead takeout and pickup. Select stores also offer delivery through UberEats, Seamless, and/or Grubhub. As of today, locations have reopened in Savannah, GA, Buford, GA, and Charleston, SC. Please see our location page for current hours at each location and applicable delivery links.
Additionally, our popups with Savannah Food Truck Force are still occurring as we bring sweets to the Savannah area- to find our schedule, please use their new website. Additionally, our Savannah locations on River Street and in Habersham Village have taken the Savannah Safe pledge to follow all health guidelines for the safety of our Guests and Team Members. COVID-19 Update
Friday April 24th, 2020
Guest and Team Member safety is our main focus! As some states begin to ease restrictions on the closure of local businesses, we are reevaluating our operations and making sure that we have necessary safety measures in place to protect our Guests and Team Members before we reopen all locations for in-store shopping.
Our Habersham Location
Our location at Habersham Village in Savannah is able to accommodate pick up or delivery with Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash. This location is also open limited hours with limited browsing, following the state guidelines of no more than 3 guests at safe social distancing . Mon - Sun 11 am to 6 pm.
Our River Street Location
River Street Sweets' flagship location has begun hosting Drive Up Sweet Shop preorder events on Historic River Street for guests to order ahead and pick up curbside in their cars while enjoying a ride on the river! We will continue to monitor guidelines and plans for reopening other locations - please check back here for updates.
Through the current foreseeable future, all members of our staff in contact with our sweets wear Personal Protective Equipment including masks, gloves, and nets. Each candy maker is given at minimum a 6ft radius to work within and we have limited the amount of Team Members present in a space at any given time. 
ALL SHIPPED CANDY has been and will continue to be INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED to ensure safety while in transit. We will continue to follow protocols put in place by local, state, and federal health officials, to ensure that we are shipping our sweet products safely. In addition, Hand Sanitizer Stations have been added for Guests and Team Members, Sampling has been temporarily eliminated, and guests as well as all candy makers and staff are to practice social distancing by remaining 6 ft apart.
Our sweets will also be made available throughout the month via food truck partnerships throughout Savannah. Our Market Street Location
Our Market Street Sweets location in Charleston, SC is now OPEN for pickup, delivery through Door Dash and limited browsing following health recommendations from 11AM-7PM daily. We ask anyone feeling unwell remains safely at home. At this time, we have also suspended sampling of our candies and appreciate your understanding. We are offering pickup by calling (843) 722-1397, order your World Famous Pralines® and other sweets for a delicious treat!
Locations Update

As we all do our part to keep the community safe, we wanted to provide you with another update. Our store in Habersham Village is now able to accommodate pickup or delivery with UberEats, Grubhub, or a call to (912) 201-3654 and is open on limited hours with limited browsing from Mon-Sat, 11-5:30pm.
Our shipping and candy making facility on Skidaway Rd. In Savannah, GA is also making sweet gifts for you each day. In addition to creating and shipping all candies ordered online, local delivery and pickup is also available through UberEats or Grubhub from 10-5 Mon-Fri. All candy accessible at our Skidaway location is display only- we ask that you please inquire with our team if you are interested in a treat! They will be sure to relay your request and get you a fresh gift made. As always, all gift and shipping candy is individually wrapped and sealed.
To maximize safety and precaution during this time, our team members have been stationed at least 6 ft apart to follow social distancing guidelines. All staff present wear gloves, hairnets, and masks as they create your packages.
Additionally, no more than 3 guests may be allowed inside the public area of either location at a time. We ask the you please follow posted directions to maintain a 6 ft distance from others.
Thank you for your support of small business- we are incredibly grateful to have you! As part of our efforts to give back, we are donating $1 from every online order in the month of April to Senior Citizen's Inc. - or SCI - in Savannah to help feed hot meals to local seniors who may be unable to leave the house. We thank you for helping us help them feel sweet as well.

To Our Sweet Family,
As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share what we are doing to help keep our Guests and services safe and healthy. We are actively monitoring the situation locally and regionally as we practice the protocols we already have in place, continuing to work in accordance with the CDC as well as local public health officials.
At River Street Sweets®, we have always been committed to providing a safe, fun, and clean environment for our Guests, Hosts and Hostesses, and Candy-makers. You are always welcome to watch us make our sweets at our store locations! We're taking extra precautionary measures while actively maintaining good hygiene practice, which we have always held in the highest priority.
For In-Store Visits:
We have heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our Guests, Hosts and Hostesses, and Candymakers. Any Host, Hostess, or Candymaker who feels unwell is required to stay home.
Additionally, we have permanently changed the way we sample products to eliminate physical contact between Guests and our Candymakers as much as possible, providing the safest experience for everyone moving forward.
Staff changes, store hours, and closures may vary by location, and we will continue to update you if and when anything changes. A handful of our locations are already operating on limited hours from 11am-8pm and further information and changes will be found on our Facebook, or you may call our customer service line at 1-800-793-3876. We are committed to serving you safely and providing happiness through our World Famous Pralines® and other iconic candies during this time.
For Online Shoppers:
We welcome you to use our online store which is always available to provide you the same fresh, handmade sweets sold in our physical locations. Our customer support is equipped to handle any questions you may have about sending a comforting treat to a loved one, choosing the perfect gift looking ahead to Easter, or stocking up for yourself!
The area in which we create our candies for shipping remains closed to the public and rigorously maintained to ensure safe handling of all sweets. At this time, we do not anticipate delay with shipped items, and we will keep you updated with any changes as current events unfold.
