We love sharing a little extra sweetness with our customers. This page explains how promo codes, sales, and special offers work when you shop on our website, so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Using promo codes
- One code per order. Only one promo code can be applied to each order. Codes can't be combined or stacked.
- Enter it at checkout. Type or paste your code in the "Discount code" box at checkout and click Apply. Your savings will show in the order summary before you pay.
- Watch the dates. Every code has a start and end date (Eastern Time). Expired codes can't be honored after the fact.
- Minimums and limits. Some offers require a minimum purchase or apply only to certain products or collections. Any restrictions will be listed with the offer.
- Before tax and shipping. Percentage and dollar-off discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal, not to taxes or shipping charges, unless the offer says otherwise.
- No cash value. Promo codes can't be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards.
Exclusions
Unless an offer specifically says otherwise, promo codes can't be applied to:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items, bundles, and cases
- Shipping, handling, or expedited delivery fees
- Previously placed orders
- Purchases at our retail stores or franchise locations
Email and text subscriber offers
- Welcome offers for new email or text subscribers are limited to one per customer and are valid on first orders only.
- Subscriber codes are issued to you personally and may be tied to your email address or phone number. Please don't share or post them publicly.
- If you don't see your code, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we'll help.
Price adjustments and past orders
Discounts can't be applied to orders that have already been placed. If an item goes on sale or a new promotion starts after you order, we're unable to adjust the price or refund the difference. If you forgot to enter a valid code, contact us within 24 hours and before your order ships, and we'll do our best to help.
Returns and refunds on discounted orders
Refunds on discounted orders are issued for the amount you actually paid, not the original price. If you return part of an order and the remaining items no longer meet an offer's minimum, the discount may be adjusted on the refund. Free gifts or bonus items received with a promotion may need to be returned along with the qualifying purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Online vs. in-store offers
Online promo codes are valid only on our website. Our retail stores and independently owned franchise locations run their own promotions, and in-store offers can't be redeemed online. Ask your local store about its current specials.
Our rights
We reserve the right to change, extend, or end any promotion at any time without notice. If a code is issued or applied in error, or a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel or adjust the affected order. We may also decline or cancel orders that misuse promotions, including codes shared publicly, multiple accounts used to claim one-time offers, or resale purchases.
