River Street Sweets® occasionally runs sweepstakes and contests on our social media platforms and through additional marketing. Below, you will find the terms and conditions associated with any ongoing contests.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER ANY RIVER STREET SWEETS® SWEEPSTAKES. YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING DO NOT INCREASE WITH A PURCHASE.

1. Eligibility

Prize shipping is available to Continental U.S. only. Void where prohibited. Participants must be 18 or older to participate. River Street Sweets® employees and their assigns or affiliates are ineligible for Contest Entry. 

2. Sponsorship

River Street Sweets®, referred to as "Sponsor" is conducting sweepstakes and offering prizes of handmade southern sweets to be mailed to Winner's specified address.

3. Agreement to Rules

Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participant agrees to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
